Dual-use products are goods that, although their primary use is civil, could also be used for military purposes. They are things like valves, pumps, laser sensors, calculators and other electronic products – as well as avionic and naval equipment – that can be used in nuclear, chemical or biological weaponry. For this reason, certain substances in this category are subject to strict control under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1 of 20 October 2021.

HOW TO USE DUAL USE PRODUCTS
Exporting these products (including related technical and financial assistance) is in some cases PROHIBITED and in other cases requires PRIOR AUTHORISATION. The substances marketed by Bonazzi srl are intended for civil use only. They will:
- not be used for the creation of chemical weapons or illegal drugs or any other illicit purpose
- not be sold abroad without the relevant legal authorisations
- only be sold or transferred to trusted buyers
- be resold and transferred to new customers only if they undertake to comply with the above provisions
